If you want customer service and attention to detail.... This is the place! I was looking everywhere for mini cooper parts. Dare you to try. Ed at downtown auto parts did all the hard work and got me my rear hatch my wife damaged with our mailbox lol!!! Ed is very friendly and professional. Your getting only high A+ ratings from me!
Stay away. Very manipulative. "Company" stayed with my car over one month for it not to work and was told it wasn't their problem after I had already paid. Go at your risk, if willing to lose thousands of dollars. GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!
