I was all set to head to the city on a Saturday to get a vehicle, I was already in touch with a salesman and everything. But decided to give Downtown Auto Group a try and I'm glad I did! I test drove a vehicle Thursday night (which they stayed a little bit after closing so I could) and was signing papers that Friday night. Kevin was not a pushy salesman and easy to work with. DO NOT USE their online scheduler! There’s a Tell Me More field…they cannot see your answer! We scheduled with steering shimmy. They couldn’t see my issue & they don’t do alignments. Saving grace…they sent us to HEATON TIRE & WHEEL which took care of the issue immediately!
They went the extra mile on getting my truck repaired. Thank you
