Worked here for 2 weeks. Worst 2 weeks of my life. They made us park 4 blocks from the building. I got assaulted twice working there. And on the 2nd attack, my boss yelled at me for letting him get too close. Our protocol is to annoy the homeless and sprint away when they get upset. If you get attacked, it’s your fault…
DJ and Joesph found me fixing my car battery after it died downtown the night before and offered to help. I ended up having the most complicated battery to replace on the market and they were such an incredible help, I don’t think I could’ve done it without them. I was truly lucky that DJ & Joesph drove by and helped (esp since one of them use to work at AAA). Anytime I see Downtown Alliance I’m thankful we have such helpful people around town helping others.
I had the privilege of running across Kimberly Dillard today in downtown Austin. I had lost my bearings while running out to pick up the lunch I had ordered, leaving my phone behind. Lucky for me Kimberly was in the right place at the right time and assisted me to my destination. Her smile and enthusiasm are contagious. Such a pleasure to meet her. She is a great ambassador for the City of Austin.
Kimberly is full of compassion love and care always brings a smile to my face every time she walks on the scene you notice her presents the joy and compassion she has transfers to your soul like it's contagious
