Dennis was responsive, helpful and accurate. The install crew was conscientious, very detail oriented and well prepared. Downtown Appliance is our hands down go to appliance store. And now they offer quality countertop appliances as well.
The salesman was very helpful when we looked at our refrigerator. The refrigerator was delivered on time, exactly as they said it would be. The guys who brought the refrigerator and installed it were really nice and did an excellent job. Great customer service from beginning to end! We really like our new refrigerator!
