Downtown Appliance has been a quality business for over 60 years. We purchased a Washing Machine in July/25. Received very helpful service and excellent delivery/installation. I strongly recommend stopping by and talking to Eric, Bob or owners Don or Lauren.

The salesman, Gene, was very helpful both during my initial phone inquiry, and when I was at the store to view the refrigerator I ultimately purchased. The delivery team, JT and Livingston, were outstanding. They arrived promptly and were consistently careful and respectful during the process, from getting through the door to unpacking and assembling. I recently had a microwave issue and Mike was so helpful in figuring out the problem. He was kind and very friendly. Ty was also very helpful if needing to order another microwave. Thanks to Mike, I was able to fix it. Will definitely give them my business when needing any appliances! Highly recommend!
