Our mitsubishi heavy industries split system began emitting a terrible high pitched noise, 1 week after installation. Our installer raised a query with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries directly (extremely rude fella, but whatever) - who then assigned us to have Downtown Air Conditioning come out and look at our machine. Pat and his colleague visited our home and did a great job troubleshooting the issue, and had the PCB replaced within about a week from the initial visit. Amazing customer service came after hours to get the job done the same day I called and completely fixed my problem 10/10 and very great with communication around arrival time and booking . vishi couldn’t have been more polite and helpful when working on our unit including small things like taking his shoes off and carrying them to the backdoor to them out back on
Downtown Air Conditioning repaired my Mitsubishi heating and cooling system which had stopped working after two years without incident. The gentleman who came to my home and put everything right (Pat) was thoroughly professional, completely up to date with his knowledge of my system, kept me informed at all times and a terrific bloke, who cleaned up after he had effected the repair and apologised for the fact that it had taken quite a period of time.
