There was a delay of a couple of weeks between the part being collected and the repair, but Vish did come back and fix the split system. It is now completely silent instead of sounding like a truck. I also felt comfortable with him in my home, which is not something I usually experience with tradies. Very respectful & polite the entire time.

Found Downtown Very professional , excellent service. Our split system died in the middle of a Friday 42 deg day. They were able to come out on the following Monday. I couldn't been more impressed by the service and cost. Will recommend them to anyone needing same help. Thanks so much Downtown and your team.
