The server was super nice but could tell was new & the bartenders weren't welcoming but the food was sooo over priced & took an hour to get. I got the steak and 3 scallops....yes, exactly 3 that were coin sized. Steak was good but over priced. The prime rib was half the price. The drinks were gross as well. Just over all unimpressed. Auju is the French onion soup apparently too?!? 🤣
I had the prime rib special. It was okay. Not the worst ive had but not the best either. My husband had the seafood platter. All was overcooked and he never was asked what potato he wanted. Also the baked French onion soup was missing the bread and the cheese sunk into the soup and wasnt even broiled or hot. Can't justify the price for mediocre food. Only good thing about our visit was the waitress. While she forgot some things she was still pleasant.
Just finished our first meal under new ownership. We went on a Saturday night, and enjoyed the Prime Rib. My husband and I actually split the meal, the other of us getting the soup and salad bar. No charge to split, which is always nice. Our server Caleb was first rate, kept our water glasses full, and gave good recommendations. We especially enjoyed the sautéed veggies. We wished we would have had room for dessert but we were stuffed. We will definitely be back!
This downtown Sheboygan spot has truly come into its own. After taking over from the previous owners, the new team put in a tremendous amount of work to modernize the space — and it shows. The dining room feels fresh and inviting without losing the charm of a classic Wisconsin supper club. The bar is especially worth mentioning. The service was impeccable and professional. The food so so (rib eye) and the atmosphere depressing for me. Just not the vibrant vibe I was looking for.
