Dr. Ron and the team at Downsview Veterinary took such great care of Mango when she had her dental cleaning and tooth extractions. They were kind, professional, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Mango is doing great now and has the perfect smile!
This clinic was my first ever for my 1st dog where it started ok then on my 2nd visit Dr. Moore asked me : " Have you been going to another vet ? I am more reasonable than others that's why I drive that old car outside " . I simply went there to get more vaccines for my dog and didn't use any other clinics per se . He was making his own wrong assumptions that is very poor for someone who's a medical Professional . Very unprofessional . There was no 3rd visit since
Winnie the Pooch has 2 great vets. She and her pupcestors have gone to Dr. Parente for 5 doggie generations and Dr. Ron has been her backup vet since Dr. Parente went mobile. Sensible smart compassionate professionals both with great staff. We feel very lucky to be on their team.
