This place is the worst doctors office I been to. I waited over an 1 hour and 30 minutes for an appointment and when I had enough of waiting I told them I was leaving the doctor said “ok bye”. Disgusting service and staff stay away. They have the elderly sitting there for hours just collecting copays.
I came in here for a 3:30 pm appointment and at 5:32, I still wasn’t seen. They said that 2 people were ahead of me and they lied. I was then gaslight into thinking I was being impatient. I won’t be coming back and if you value your time as a a New Yorker, don’t come here. They just here to get a check from your insurance.
Love the Doctor she has such a loving care. It’s rare to find. Dr that loves and cares about their patients. Looking forward to my next visit.
