I haired DownSouthWMaryCatering for my husband's memorial service. We discussed in detail what I wanted. How many people were to be serve, as well as, what time it was needed there? The service started at 4:00, and she was supposed to be there at 3:30 to set up. She did not arrive until close to 4:30.
