I wouldn’t recommend using Downsouth Holiday Homes. My family had a horrible experience with them I wouldn’t want others to endure. We made an initial booking with them that got cancelled which we only became aware of when viewing the refund we received in our credit statement. We had to ring up the provider to confirm the booking was cancelled. After we contacted them to voice our displeasure at our treatment they offered us in writing more expensive accommodation which wouldn’t cost us anymore than our original booking. We... read more
We recently spent 5 weeks at Unit 62 CapeView Beach Resort in Broadwater WA. The 3-bedroom, two bathroom accommodations were clean, well maintained and there was ample space for a family group comprised of 6 adults. The grounds at the resort were very well maintained, the pool area also was very clean. From our unit it was a two minute walk to the beach and you could walk for kms. We had the most amazing stay. Despite an initial hiccup of a double booking, downsouth holiday homes was brilliant & sorted the problem quickly. We were very happy with the service & accommodation. Will definitely use them again
Had a happy little stay here. Good location, short walk to the beach and appreciated the little touches to make our stay more enjoyable. We stayed during the recent heat wave and air conditioning in every room meant we had a cool retreat from our outdoor excursions.
Excellent Accommodation and Service. Will definitely use again.
