This is not just a "workout gym", this gym offers a "full body workout experience"! The trainers are awesome and realistic, they tell you the truth "you get out of it what you put into it". I start my day in class and I feel great the rest of the day. The "workout experience" is designed to help all body types and ages. The circuit training is like "old school PE". I love this place!!!!!!!!!

After deciding to change up my workout in the new year, I signed up for a month at DownSizing BootCamp. The classes are varied, including weights, boxing, intervals, and circuit training, which keeps my mind and body engaged. The instructors are fantastic and creative, the other members are down-to-earth and encouraging. My favorite are the early morning classes which feel like a private training session with a few of your girlfriends. After 30 days, I didn't hesitate to sign up for longer!
"When life gets tough, put on your boxing gloves!" Oh... how I have learned this! Kickboxing has helped me in more ways than one! From weight loss, to getting some frustrations out, to also feeling 100% better. This is not a place that intimidates you if you are a beginner and unsure of what you are doing.
