The staff are excellent. However the online econsult is an absolute joke. Just spent ages filling out all the information for it to kick me out at the last hurdle as I’m trying to submit telling me that it could not process my request and then sends me back to the beginning to start all over again to then tell me that capacity has been reached when I try to do it again. Absolutely fuming! I really wish that the surgery wasn’t just same day appointments!
Spoke with one of the receptionists today. Very unpleasant tone of voice to the point I ended the phone call in the end. You could here her talking about the situation to a colleague in not a very nice manor but she forgot to mute herself until half way through the sentence. Appalling!
Have had a terrible service since COVID. They do not follow up issues. Do not give results, do not communicate effectively and are contradictory in their practice. You have to tell a receptionist your problem over the phone when you call for an appointment - really!! Is nothing confidential anymore? - they tell you that you may not get an appointment today - then phone giving an end of day appointment - all day free - but give appointment when just started work … when asked if it can be tomorrow they say no!!!
