Pete at Downs Plumbing was very responsive to my AirGap leak issue; he came over the next morning and got it fixed right away. Needed to fix my shower valve. I searched through several local plumbers and found Downs plumbing. Peter the owner and another guy came out for repairs. They repaired my shower valve quick. Peter and his guy were very professional and friendly. They explained the problem and what they did. Their prices are probably the best around town and very affordable. Pete and his crew are very professional. I love how I could contact him and he will come by to access any issue and not charge an outrageous price. Whenever installing any new plumbing items for me, they will always do a great job and clean up leaving the area spotless.

Called Friday afternoon after seeing water under my tankless hot water heater and Pete immediately came out to fix it. Gave me advice on maintenance as well and did not push to have it done due to the cost of that days service. Best service ever and it feels good to know that as a single mom I have a honest plumber I can call.
