As agents for my brand machine, i would have expected a little more knowledge of parts. I was even sent to a hardware store for extra nuts & bolts!!
Can never seem to get through on the phones to this place, the service is great but they really need another phone line installed or someone to at least answer or a phone que.
I was here to get a part for my Stihl brushcutter. Service was good and price was ok too. There were a few customers at the time so had to wait my turn.
Great service from Craig, Warren and Josh. These guys really know how to look after their customers.
