The staff at Downs Heating were very helpful. I phoned regarding my old Norseman wood heater and they helped me find a new glass frame for my heater. Their online videos were also very helpful when repairing my wood heater door. Thank you!
Bought a fireplace frame online. Which I thought came with the glass. Tried ask for a return even willing to pay a restocking fee. No refund policy and refused to compromise. Buyer beware no returns even if item id over $250.
Gary provided exceptional service, knowledge and advice when purchasing a wood heater just over a year ago. Very particular with installation, neat, tidy & with high standards. dropped in while travelling through warwick.. the staff are very friendly and were very helpful.. no one in town had a tent peg extractor, but these guys did.. definitely recommend..
