Gary and Kim went out of their way to ensure I had the right parts to install this Kalora Chalet 5 wood heater. I provided a rough sketch of the area including the dimensions and Gary put the whole kit together for me at a great price. With Gary providing advice and clarification over the phone the install turned out almost professional. It was definitely worth the 400km round trip from Northern NSW to Warwick to take delivery of the parts.
If I could rate beyond 5 stars, I totally would. Gary was absolutely exceptional to work with. Took what felt like an impossible task to get help from other businesses, into such a helpful, detailed call to help replace broken fireplace glass. He was patient, informative and quick to deliver. Gary and Darren did a fantastic job installing a new slow combustion stove for me. Excellent service included explaining the features of the stove after installation. Their Plumber was also exceptionally good. I had previously had a wood heater installed by Gary who did a wonderful job at that time as well. 10/10
