Wrote a review here 4 years ago and the owner threw it back at me. Be very aware of the fine print here. They give you a quote, dont mention other additional expenses. Make you sign your life away on the day. Fine print says additional charges. They quote you and you pay. Not only that had a arrogant rude doctor that said there was nothing wrong, but here's the trick. There was something wrong and they sent a biopsy away I hot charged extra for. My partner needed an urgent appointment for a colonoscopy and they were very helpful and found an appointment for the check with a week, when others wanted 6 weeks for an appointment. I would highly recommend this practice, I have also used them twice and again found the service and care excellent.
Have used this practice twice and both times have found the entire experience 100% professional. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
These guys were amazing they listened to my concerns and explained everything and assisted with getting seen by a specialist. Tammi the receptionist was super patient and follows everything up. Thankyou for being amazing
Dr Egerton performed my procedure today. I was very satisfied with my treatment throughout the perioperative process. The staff were very busy but went the extra mile to ensure my experience was safe and that I was reassured. A big thanks to Dr Egerton, the anaesthetist, and the nurses. I would highly recommend Downs Endoscopy Service.
