My partner needed an urgent appointment for a colonoscopy and they were very helpful and found an appointment for the check with a week, when others wanted 6 weeks for an appointment. I would highly recommend this practice, I have also used them twice and again found the service and care excellent.
Have used this practice twice and both times have found the entire experience 100% professional. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
These guys were amazing they listened to my concerns and explained everything and assisted with getting seen by a specialist. Tammi the receptionist was super patient and follows everything up. Thankyou for being amazing
Dr Egerton performed my procedure today. I was very satisfied with my treatment throughout the perioperative process. The staff were very busy but went the extra mile to ensure my experience was safe and that I was reassured. A big thanks to Dr Egerton, the anaesthetist, and the nurses. I would highly recommend Downs Endoscopy Service.
This place has very bad customer service, I booked an operation, upon booking the operation I was charged for their services, they never supplied a invoice and I had the chase them for it. Not only that they gave me a quote of expenses and outlays 3 of them in total. Now I have received a 4th invoice that is expensive that was never defined by them! I won't ever recommend this service and I recommend that you travel for your appointments
