I hate to write this review because Dr. Downs is so pleasant. However, I think it’s important to share my experience.Especially for those considering surgery. I had a septoplasty & turbinate reduction with Dr. Downs due to not being able to breathe. Post op, I kept telling her that I still could not breathe (it was like nothing changed) but she said my nose was wide open and looked good. 4 months after surgery, I had to move out of state for work and immediately established a new ENT. Very personal, great bedside manner. She instilled comfort. She gave me a referral. I recieved prompt service. She returned my call. Great experience thus far.
I was not treated well cacer patient on medicade! I use to be a respiratory therapist who worked in hospital! I waited a week to find out they Never got my bloodwork and never called me back. On steroids from dr i cried. Now they are refusing to tell me test result. Unprofessional to ill , i have severe vertigo for 3 months !
My father just had surgery by this doctor. And they are AMAZING! So seeet, caring, and very very very good at what they do!
