Great Service and Very pleased with there honesty and expertise with the rough country lift kit my husband and I installed on our 97 Chevy Pick up and very fair pricing. After lifting and putting all new front end parts on our Chevy it was pulling off to one side. We took it into a Chevy dealer and unfortunately they where unable to align correctly. We appreciate the good honest service! Our Ford Truck was sagging to the side, we took it to Downriver Spring because a friend told us they were the experts and they fixed a broken bracket on our leaf spring. Now the truck looks great and no more leaning.
Meh, ok. Decent service, did the job I needed done, and got it done in the time frame I needed (had a quick repair before the weekend). Personally I think the labor charge was on the high side for the job. Tried to talk to them about it and was repeatedly reassured that they have the best prices around (well, if $55/hr labor is the best in town, then that is true. Otherwise, not so much). Thank you for the help! I was on my way to work and the ball joint broke. The people at Downriver Spring took care of the problem and even drove me to work. My car rides so much better and I appreciate the fair pricing and service.
