Came in with a capacitor I assumed was my issue with my AC condenser. The incredibly helpful and friendly gentlemen behind the counter tested it and verified it was still good, then sold me a contacter instead after I explained my issue. 5 minutes after being home, my AC was running great! Thanks again, fellas!

Made a call in the morning. I had my furnace running smoothly by noon. Ryan and other employee were very knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I will only be shopping at this store for future DIY HVAC projects.

Really great guy helped me get the right part and called up his buddy to help me get it replaced when everyone else I'd called wasn't available to do an emergency service call on a Saturday. Highly recommended for the personal care for their customers.

Needed a capacitor for my AC unit. Called 10 places before I found someone who was willing to sell over the counter to the public and with the correct size. Was very reasonably priced and a 15 minute drive beats one day shipping when it’s 95 degrees out.
