These people don't follow up on nothing, I had to call to get replacement filters and masks and tubing they should have on file the type of machine I have they brought it to my house yet all the parts were for another machine.I told them my cpap wasn't working correctly and they said they would be out with another machine well I guess that fell through also haven't seen or heard from anyone.
