Very thorough and quick service. No waiting for very long. NP Shannon is great.
I cannot stress enough, how well you are taken care of at Downriver medical associates urgent care. The waiting time is not long. Everyone you see including the person at the front desk seems to really care about you. They listen to you and treat you with the best care. In one case a family member was told they needed to go over to the hospital, which is right across the street. And they called ahead So the hospital was ready when they got there.
I just have to say the Nurse practitioner Amy Martina is the best ..She help me so much today probably the best I ever seen her words help me to much
All the staff was very friendly. Dr was patient with my son and it was no waiting and office is very clean
