Hired in 4-03 to redo the lawn front & back, and add flowerbeds. (The back yard needed a lot of fill). In 4-04 it took 2-3 weeks to get someone here for these problems. First the flowerbeds are clay not good dirt. A few plants were dieing, and the tree is almost dead, 3-4 growing branches, & has yet to bloom. The mulch would float onto the lawn when it rained.
