I have horrible experience working with “Always Affordable Appliance Experts” technician James. He does not enough experience with Bosch Dishwasher and does not have patience to listen to the issue. He dis-assembled the unit quickly and did NOT put it back properly. I still not able to open the door of dishwasher. I tried calling many times and there is no response and I guess he ties to avoid the call. He comes with attitude to quickly run away with the payment not with fixing the problem. He came out to my house in canton to put a new compressor on my fridge , promised to fix it and going on 5 days fridge not fixed and no response, texted him over and over again , to give my money back or fix the fridge , I’m now 775 dollars out , please don’t use this guy !
No. Run far away and do not use Steve Ferguson. He came out 2 times to "fix" my dishwasher which still doesn't work and between the two visits I've paid him $705 total. The reason for the first call was an issue that was repaired a year ago by a different company/tech and I was charged $250. The dishwasher is 2 years old. I'm so disgusted and annoyed by the whole situation.
Steve and team were awesome I was freaking out and they came to the rescue same day dryer repair and great customer service very down to earth great job you guys thanks so much Mary
