have dealt with several body shops for repairs. Downingtown Collision has by far been the best experience I have had. The young lady at the front desk is A1 at customer service. Met one other gentleman that was very cordial, respectful and easy going. they kept me in the loop when things became a little more than expected, an actually did not charge me more than my deductible. this business is very community oriented with top notch service. got my car back looking great.
I wish we'd connected with Downingtown Collision many years ago. Tim is transparent and authentic. He presented options that other repair centers ignored. He offered options that were best for us but not best for him. He takes pride in excellence, and we highly recommend him!
Great experience all around! Kept us posted along the way on the status and car was ready exactly when they said it would be. Explained all the work needed before, during and after and the work was above and beyond our expectations. The car was glowing inside and out!
