Have always been pleased with the service for 13 years. Some of the older reviews need to be removed. The former owner retired a few years ago and it is being run differently. The nasty comment , I am sure was directed at her. She was never effervescent, but treated my pets with compassion and even took me into her office a couple times to talk over her plans for redecorating.... so perhaps there was some miscommunication when the lady who adored her pets like family entered her review.
