Didn't know anything about proper bike fit. So I didn't know what I didn't know. I'm 5' tall and my bike was really for a much, much taller person. My husband talked me into getting the bike fit by a professional. I just can't believe the difference!! I was so much more comfortable, had more energy, got my workout and I'm thrilled. If you haven't been fit by a professional you should. It is well worth it. I highly recommend that you go to Downhill Johnny's.
