Would not use this plumber. Cost me a lot of money to repair his mess up’s. He tried suing me for his incompetence when I fired him 2 days into the job chopping up my floors and walls. Could throw a cat through the holes in the floor he cut out for sinks and shower drains with an sawzall. Elite plumbing did an awesome job fixing Downey’s screw ups.
Tony is a very skilled plumber and also efficient. He gets with you ASAP and is very reliable and affordable. My family has used Tony as their residential plumber for 40 years. Going to hate when he retires!
After 2 plumbers saying they would come and then being no call, no shows and another calling me back to say he couldn't help me because his help quit, I was extremely happy with Mr. Downey's quick response to my call. He even called the night before to say he would be a little late. Very good communication. Job was quickly and efficiently done. I would definitely recommend him for plumbing needs.
Had a leaky outside faucet and called Downey. They were out the next day and showed up on time. The guys had the repair completed very timely and at a fair price.
