Obtained my car from this Downeys in Newtownards, and am very happy with it, and their approach - they try to understand people and it really shows. You don’t feel like you’re nothing more than a potential income-stream. My last car was from a dealer who did exactly that - and they won’t be seeing me again. The service team are friendly and attentive - if you ask them to check something out they do, and they report back, even if there’s nothing to worry about, and especially if something needs attention. Happy to recommend.
