Ryan came to our house after the ice storm and told us he would send a quote for the work. We never received the quote and I have received no reply to my emails or voicemails over the past many months. Initially I was willing to give him flexibility because it was crazy right after the storm, but it is now more than six months later.

I have a very large old wonky spruce in my front yard and I really didn't know what to do with it. I wanted the privacy but it really was terrible to look at on the daily. I was really fortunate to have a knowledgeable professional like Ryan tackle it. He explained to me what was going on with my tree and how to best address the issue. I had a mound of tree branches left in our yard after a recent major wind storm. I was unable to dispose of them but I noticed that a team from Downey Tree Service was working in my area and I asked for their assistance. They immediately agreed to help at no charge as a courtesy to me. I’m so grateful that they responded quickly, acted professionally, and selflessly contributed to cleaning up our neighborhood after the storm. I would highly recommend this service!
