SEVERE Business Ethics Issues. I requested a DC well pump system for my off-grid home, and he installed a 220v system with out my understanding. This will cause me thousands of dollars on electrical system upgrades and will increase the cost of operating my home. When I asked him to replace the pump with what I had originally requested, he refused. He also gouged me on price by nearly 36% over standard business practices. We have had multiple companies come out for our well- he diagnosed the problem right away. We had been dealing with other companies for 5 years!! Knowledge base is incredible. He paired us with AK drilling and we have a new well!! We have a rough road and both companies drove it no problem!! I can’t recommend this company enough!!

I can’t say enough about Sam!!! I called Sam on a Sunday (St. Patrick’s Day) because runoff water was flooding my yard and egress window. Sam was at my house within 20 minutes! He worked very hard to get the water under control and protect my home. He was so kind and had such a positive, reassuring attitude. He did not leave until my house was safe from the water.
