I want to give a shout out to the awesome customer service on the telephone and in person from Mitch. He helped me get the repair done on my Weiser door knob latch and I learned something in the meantime. I’ve been to the Riverview Home Hardware several times and always receive good customer service. It’s refreshing.

I call for LVL they told me they don't cut it. I have to buy whatever lenght they have. They told me they had a 4 foot piece. That's what I needed. Drove an hour when I got there turns out it was 5 feet. I could have gotten 1 for $60 at 4 ft at a better locationI had to wait a week.These guys had one right away. They told me 80 when I got there.It was a 100. went to pick it up it was almost starting to rot.I think it had been outside for a over year. no discount.
