Lack of professionalism, poor customer service, very low quality finished product, inexperienced and quite rude office workers. Exorbitant prices and every other negative word you can say about this business. In short, keep your distance. They will never admit even if they are wrong and they know they are wrong. So the money you spend with them will go to waste no matter what.

Downey Glass is a one stop shop with fabrication of all aspects of storefront doors and windows. When you give them the measurements and opening sizes they will fabricate in a timely manner and show up ready to install. Communication is great as well.
