Amazing experience from start to finish. Ordering was a pleasure and the product was beautiful my customer was very happy. Downey glass is my go to for all glass.
I contacted Downey Glass for a simple quotation. They told me that I needed to ask for a quote through their email only. I therefore did send them an email requesting a quote for a very simple one piece glass for my coffee table. A few days passed and no response was received. Called them back to see where my request was at? They now tell me that they don’t sell to the public? If they had told me this day one, I would have had no issues.
