We were out of province and had our check engine light come on, on our way to St Stephen. We called Downey Ford and not only did they squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon they did a diagnostic on our car letting us know the minor issue that caused it and didn’t charge us a cent. Amazing customer service and the nicest people. Would highly recommend to anyone

horrible service bought a warranty that dosent nor cover anything had issues with the transmission in a 3 year old suv and all they said was it needed an update suv is still shuttering . I guess they dont like talking to a mechanic of over 20 years very short on the phone with me and on top of that got a rental car from them with a sticker that was not valid as it was mission the sticker number at the bottom of it would not recommend this place and will not be buying a nother vehicle from told them about it all they said did... read more
Had a MVI inspection scheduled for 8:00 AM. Brought the truck out the night before and dropped the keys into the key drop box. When calling about the status of the truck, it was not complete because they didn't know the truck was there. There was no attempt to call and ask where the truck was and obviously did not think to push the button on the key fob to find the truck was sitting there the whole time.
They were a pleasure to deal with. Started off with a decent deal, then responded positively to fair negotiations. Eric was great to deal with and so was his manager (i forget his name, I wanna say Jamie). I would have been driving away with my need f150 the same day if not for early bank closures. I test drove one truck, then they shipped one from SJ that they thought I'd like better with no obligation to buy.
