Easy to get an appointment. Very thorough exam. Very pleasant staff. Many eyeglasses to choose from. Great pricing!!! I am from out of state and would highly recommend Downey Eye Clinic.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I just didn't think they had a very good selection of frames. Their selection was limited and the focus was on the expensive brands. They didn't have any frames that would be covered by my insurance alone. I ended up paying over $200 out of pocket after insurance for one pair of glasses and frames. Timeframe for pickup seemed unreasonable.
