Have been a customer of Downy Drug for ten years and have always been treated very nice. no problems with prescriptions. no problems with anything i can think of. you know, everyone may seem rude at times EVEN OURSELVES.

They need to teach their employees how to be kind and compassionate to customers. Very Rude, on more than one occasion. I will definitely be changing to another pharmacy!
Shout out to Paul at Downey drug! Had to go to the doctor with fever and the crud today. Didn’t get through in time for my prescription to be called in before they closed. Paul happened to be there doing paperwork. He called me and said he would be glad to wait for me to come by and get my prescription since it would be Monday before I could get it. Thank you so much Paul!
