I had a really bad experience with my first care coordinator, but my new one is a real sweetheart! So kind and considerate! Maria is lovely. She is new and sometimes does not know all the ins and outs of how things work with this new TURQUOISE CARE, but she works hard to figure it out. why call an 800 number if I want to talk to a local office? what are their hours? why arent their hours listed? Can I talk to a local agent? their plans dont mention much about their benefits.
My experience with this insurance company has been so globally bad, with so many awful examples of the disgusting, dismissive, unkind, uncompassionate attitude that seems to have infected every employee on every level that I cannot imagine HOW I could possibly write a full account of all my experiences.
