Making an appointment to have our carpets cleaned was easy and efficient, with a very friendly woman who helped with the scheduling. Mackenzie from Downey Clean arrived on time to clean the carpet in a number of rooms. She was very professional and explained the procedure. She was here for the last cleaning, and always does a fantastic job. Stains disappear and the house smells so good and fresh. We've used this company for quite a few years, and highly recommend them.
