My husband took in my precious gold pendant to get a new catch for it to hang on. This was done beautifully plus it was returned polished plus a piece that had always been crocked was straightened. Such excellent service! Thank you!!☺️
Great service (with a warm and genuine smile) and speedy too, replacing a watch battery in just two hours. Everywhere else I've tried in in New Zealand for a similar replacement has taken typically a couple of days. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend Mark and his team. They repaired my wife's pearl necklace, engagement ring & pearl ring. The jeweler has worked wonders, and the jewelry looks amazing again. Fast and efficient and even assisted while doing a stocktake. True customer service and support. Will be using them again in the future.
