I had big black ants on my kitchen counters, walls, floor, and in my living room. A nice and knowledgeable woman answered my call right away. She sent out Mike to see me. He is the owner and apparently the only technician. There is no way other companies can send out an exterminator of this quality. This guy really knows what he’s doing. He was very methodical and had a couple of devices I didn’t even recognize. The ants were 100% gone within two days. I have not seen a single ant since. Very impressed.
I HATE ants. They make me want to barf in a bucket. When I saw teeny tiny ants all over my kitchen counter I called these people and told them I hate ants and don't even want to see one. Luckily they seem very adept at dealing with crazy people, both on the phone and in person. Mike came out to see me and he was able to answer every single one of my obsessive questions. Downes Pest was excellent they showed the utmost discretion when taking care of our pest problem. They were kind enough to remove signs from their vehicle on request. They were friendly and I felt comfortable allowing them in my home to do the work with out me being present. And the best part is we are pest free!
They were efficient, timely and did a great job.
Very knowledgeable, very courteous.
