Jeff was confusing at best, he cut the thermostat wire to my furnace stated he did it for safety while working on the chimney. or furnace is a direct vent and doesn't even go near the chimney. then tells me he will cut a stringer for the back stairs at no charge and then charges me for it. the chimney repair was done however he didn't seal around the piping he installed and it in no way looks like a $1800 job, I've had to seal around the pipe and redo the fitting/connection inside the house. would not recommend him to put ... read more
