It's a pretty good place to work out it usually doesn't get very crowded but they don't have a pool
Went here while visiting family in the area. I paid by the day, but they also offered a weekly pass which would've been a better value if I was staying longer than a couple of days. Nice gym with lots of equipment - weight and cardio machines, and free weights. Very busy with a wide range of ages from high schoolers to retirees.
