I have been a patient here for a couple of years and I am confident to say that I would refer this office to anyone. Appointments are done in an efficient and timely manner and Bianca was wonderful help alongside the doctor.
Truly dissapointing that my permanent wire broke and it’s bothering my tounge. I scheduled an appointment and they asked for $100 up front before being seen. Prices keep going up apparently and to top it off I was going to be late to my appointment and they said it would be a $50 no show fee. I did explain things happen as I had a chiropractor appointment at 10:30 am and they refused to see me later on in the day and scheduled me for next week. Dr. B and her team are wonderful! Very professional and lovely people.
My experience was amazing! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful throughout my braces journey! Indu especially at the front desk, is excellent at providing customer service for parents waiting in the waiting area! Dr. B was also amazing guiding me through what I should and shouldn’t be doing. Overall I defiantly recommend getting your braces done here!!!
