John went out of his way to identify and cure a longstanding problem with my boiler that no one has got to the bottom of for years. He was professional and clearly an expert in his field. He explained everything and cleared up completely afterwards. I would trust him completely and definitely recommend him and the cost was much lower than I’ve been paying for a standard service too!
