I've had a gate installed since September last year with a "Nice" branded motor and battery from Downee and the damn motor has broken AT LEAST four times. It's an intermittent but recurring problem and Downee won't do anything about it until I return the motor to them at my own cost. The installer spent at least an hour on the phone troubleshooting with Downee one time that it broke and they still won't take responsibility for it. They sell crap products and they don't care about their obligations under consumer law.

Great service and advice
Needed to get some advice re the operations of my swing gate. Spoke with Matt on the phone and he was able to assist immediately and also sent very helpful videos of the issues I faced. He responded to a couple of other questions I had and the whole system is now operational. Thanks Matt great service and really appreciated
