Everyone at DownEast are absolutely INCREDIBLE. Everyone is understanding, caring, and has so much patience. I was hesitant about my 4 year old first cleaning and the hygienist and Dr. Jackson was able to do a complete cleaning and examination. Not sure but they are all saints! Highly suggest this business and can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. I would give a 10 star if it were an option.
Amazing pediatric dentist! We got a next day consult appointment for my 3 year old with an abscessed tooth and they completed the extraction less than a week later. Dr. Jackson and the staff are great with young children! Highly recommend!
My husband usually brings my son in for the dentist appointments well today I got the privilege of meeting his dentist Dr. Jackson all the doctors seem amazing and kind but the receptionist person made me feel belittled for not knowing fluoride was $40 for his second visit for the year and asking if they accept Apple Pay because my card was out in the car she gave me tude and said I don’t know I guess we can try and I just reminded her I wasn’t aware and that my card was out in the car if it didn’t work and my son never got ... read more
