My experience with Downeast Oral Surgery has been horrible. They made me pay up-front saying my insurance would issue a refund for me later. It has been 6 months since the surgery and my insurance company still hasn't receive any claim. I can't talk to Taylor "the claim specialist" because she doesn't have a phone. She also told my insurance she doesn't have a fax or any other way to submit my claim. Mail only! So, it appears that my claim was lost in the mail 4 times since August!
