Mike was so helpful when I was renting a trailer. He went to hook up my lights and he noticed my ground was broken on my four way flat so the lights weren’t working. He could have sent me on my way to get it fixed and come back to get the trailer but instead he went inside and came out with a pigtail and connectors and fixed my wiring issue to get me on my way. 100% customer service. Downeast Hub is an honest and responsible company. In July 2024, my grandfather used Downeast Hub to ship a large dresser from Maine to Oklahoma (to me). It was packed professionally by Hub personnel. It is a piece of furniture that has been in our family for nearly 80 years, and was in excellent condition when it left the Hub. Unfortunately, when it arrived in Oklahoma, the dresser was seriously damaged (at no fault of the Hub).
