So disappointed in the product and the customer service. We were sold an outdoor couch with the team on the floor highlighting the fact that it was, “Very stain resistant, and washable. Just slip the cushion covers off and wash them if the stains are tough!” About four months in, we had stains that were not coming out with the “water and a clean cloth” solution that again, the team on the floor advised us to use. I called into this location and the lady answered the phone and said “papa johns” and I was so confused. She laughed and said, “actually this is American Fork Down East. I was just messin.” I thought that was hilarious. Kudos to her for having a sense of humor

I’ve purchased several items here, most recently a sofa on sale. The staff is lovely and helpful too. I believe a large majority of my furniture is from DE and it really is great quality for the price.

My rating is directed specifically towards the Down East Furniture in American Fork based on a situation that happened the other day. My wife and I went in looking for a dining table. We found a table tagged at just under $1,200 after a store wide discount at the time. They told us that the floor model was the only one available because that specific model was discontinued.
