Placed an order online two days before pickup, order system was a bit outdated, felt like I overpayed at the time, but I'm so happy with the result I'll be returning for all my flower needs!
I received a "Gazing at the Stars" bouquet for my birthday. My favorite flowers are Stargazer lilies and I was really excited for them, and the photo looked gorgeous on the website. Unfortunately, what I received didn't have a single Stargazer lily in it! Multiple flowers had been substituted and it overall looked nothing like it did on their website. Originally, Spoke with a very pleasant gentleman named Josh about providing floral services for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Decided to visit to see the flower selections in person, the lady behind the counter 07/26 around 12:30 was beyond rude to my grandmother who asked to have a seat while we looked.
