Used these folks for many years, but am saying goodbye. I had one late payment that was quickly corrected. Unknown to me, they had placed me on a "no delivery" list. A week after the check had cleared, they still hadn't taken me off. I didn't find out until I looked at my tank, and it was nearly empty. Then they said I'd have to wait a day for delivery, but I could buy Kerosine and put it in myself, if I was worried about running out. They did deliver Jan 3 at $3.4090 per gallon.
I just received my bill from Downeast Energy for a delivery of 82 gallons of propane $454.00 , that's $5.49 per gallon. Their reason was that i'm a low use customer. Be careful if you deal with these people they are not to be trusted. I will never use them again
